Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the McCarthy Painting website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
McCarthy Painting provides residential and commercial painting services, color consultation, and related contracting services in the San Francisco Bay Area. All project work is governed by the specific proposal and contract agreed upon between McCarthy Painting and the client.
Estimates and proposals
Estimates provided through our website are preliminary and subject to change after an in-person assessment. Formal proposals, once accepted, constitute a binding agreement with specific terms, pricing, and scope of work.
Payment terms
A deposit of 30% is due upon proposal acceptance. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise specified in your proposal. We accept credit cards, checks, and electronic payments.
Warranty
McCarthy Painting warrants all workmanship for a period of two years from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in application and does not cover damage from external factors, normal wear, or improper maintenance.
